as my special guest today and we're going to be talking about overcoming lack mentality, which I think is an incredibly important topic because so many of us have either dealt with lack mentality or are currently dealing with it and it's something that we definitely need to talk about.

But before we dive in, I'd love for you to introduce yourself to everyone and tell us who you are and what you do.

Yes, thank you so much for having me. I am delighted to be here to talk with everyone.

So I am a life and marriage coach and essentially what I do is I help people find ways of enjoying and being happy in their relationships.

I started this work, my background is in social science,

so I'm a researcher by training and have really been spending a lot of time thinking about how people think about relationships and the impact on those relationships.
