September 14 event, Return on Creativity, Return on Leadership. I hope you enjoy. The name of the

panel is leading by example. We've got Shantae Eldridge from Amazon Web Services, Nancy Green

from Avias, and Leon Shoshia from Workhouse Arts Center. And we're going to talk about a few

things here. I'm going to have everybody introduce themselves and their roles as well. But

to begin our final panel of the day, we're going to talk about leading by example,

and the role that leadership plays in building the future workforce and the future of work.

To get things started, we'll go around the panel here, but I'd love if you could introduce

yourself and what you do as well as answer the question, what's the biggest leadership lesson
