Summary

Being a human is complicated. Mind and body often blend to create all kinds of difficulties. Combine this with being in a relationship with another human and things can get really complicated! One element that makes this task difficult is our hormones. Listen to today's episode to learn how to not be a victim of raging hormones when it comes to our libido and overall relationship health. In this episode we discuss relationship advice topics that include: Your libido and how stress and other environmental factors can affect it. Low testosterone and why it's not always the whole picture for sex drive issues. How to create more intimacy in your relationship. Why simply 'blaming it on your hormones' doesn't usually tell the whole story. How to focus on yourself to increase your libido. And much more! Justine Cécile is a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner supporting professional women and men, who are struggling with raging hormones, even when they are on hormone therapy. While working on herself and with clients, Justine discovered that there are three areas in health that are largely ignored; hormonal health as a whole, gut health and how our mind works with our biology. Realizing that we are each responsible for our own health, Justine Cécile brings her personal experience, education and resources together to guide and mentor women and men to regain control of their health and happiness.
