Like I said, I'm really excited to talk to you about your documentary and your company and just so many

different things. But first of all, will you just tell my listeners a little bit about yourself

and your background? Sure, yeah. I kind of fell into this health and food industry by just fixing my own health, by changing my diet.

So I was a mechanical engineer by trade, which helped a lot, really coming from a background of root cause thinking and technical, you know, science where it didn't make sense if you just say, follow what the government

guidelines say, because I did that and I got sick and my parents got sick. And when you start

to think about it more critically and, you know, from a root cause perspective, you realize that

their guidelines, not to jump too far ahead

in the story, but the guidelines are based on different things other than health, right?

They could be based on money and food availability and the USDA trying to promote agriculture

instead of just promote people's health. So, yeah, it was sort of a wake-up call 10 years ago. I lost both my parents.

And at the same time, I actually, well, I turned 30 and I started changing my diet because I was

becoming like every other 30-year-old. Dad bod, different conditions popping up. All these things
