Hey guys, welcome to the episode 183 of Hillbilly Horror Stories. I'm Jerry.

0:54.0

I'm Tracy.

1:54.0

I'm a fan of the American firefighters that were killed earlier this week.

2:24.0

I'm not criticizing the post that just made me think of how many of us don't think about the people that are in need.

2:34.0

The post that was in our group was basically complaining that it's tough to do their job because a co-worker is going through a divorce and she's struggling and she goes home for lunch every day.

2:47.0

Nobody really gets a chance to talk to her but she's not showing up for work like she should and all that.

2:53.0

There was frustration and trust me. I know how that goes to have co-workers that aren't pulling their own weight.

2:58.0

That's basically all it was saying is this co-worker is not pulling their own weight and they know she's going through some stuff but basically she needs to get her stuff together.

3:50.0

I mean, I quit the job I was in because it was a commission only job and I couldn't focus on what I was doing.

3:55.0

I literally walked away from that job and got something that was more of a guarantee pay because my head was an end of game.

4:03.0

I guarantee I was a horrible co-worker back then at that moment but I didn't care.

4:09.0

I mean, I was going through something devastating to the point where I ended up attempting suicide and that was my question to them is if this person did something to harm themselves, everybody in that place will be thinking,

4:22.0

I wonder if there was something I could have done to help.

4:25.0

Yeah, there's something you could do to help. If you know somebody struggling, reach out to them.

4:29.0

Don't wait for them to reach out to you.

4:32.0

Yeah, or what, like you just said, it's too late.

4:35.0

Yeah, it'd be too late.
