whether you've come to all the calls or maybe you've dropped into a couple. This wouldn't be

possible without every single person being here. And I know that you were meant to be here.

So we've had some very interesting questions come in through the thread. And you know what? I want to start off by saying,

I'm always very impressed by the types of people that we seem to attract into our little

besty community, the questions that have come in. Some of them are very interesting and you're

going to see throughout today. And as always,

I want to start with our mini heart meditation to really set the intention for this call here.

And I want everyone to just place their hands on their heart and take a moment to feel your heartbeat, this beautiful,

powerful organ, pumping blood through our bodies, keeping us alive, even though we don't ask

it to. And just think of how much your heart loves you and wants to keep you alive and well, working its hardest. And if you can find some love

in your heart, see if you can put it into a little ball of light and let that little bubble

radiate and expand. And as you're doing that, slowly open your hands out and with your left hand you're sending

love to the person to the left of you on this call and with your right hand you're sending love to the

person to the right of you on this call and just feeling that connection even through video that all these strangers decided to wake up at the same time, show up at the same time and spend some quality time together, learning about and healing their inner child.

And that's really special.
