In all seasons, we face circumstances that remind us that things aren’t as they should be. Can we be honest about the struggle and walk with authenticity? In this teaching episode, we’ll look at suffering and longing through the story of Mary, the mother of Jesus, who embodied love and trusting God in less than ideal circumstances.
Jesus came in a body. And, this is no accident, sweet friend. Your body is significant and serves great purpose. As we reflect on the Christmas story, how can we bring His light and hope through our bodies? Even in the midst of struggle, uncertainty and walking through things that are not as they should be, don’t be afraid of the dark places.
This message is for any time of the year, although I hope it will bless you this Christmas.
