Hey guys, I am so excited about this interview today. This was like definitely one of my top five favorite interviews that we've ever done on this show because Tiffany is such a wealth of knowledge.

But before we get there, let me tell you guys a little bit about my girl, Tiffany is a dynamic powerhouse who is the visionary leader behind T3 diversity solutions.

She is an award winning serial entrepreneur who is passionate about business and economic development through equipping women own and managed enterprises. As a result, Tiffany is a member of many committees and organizations whose purpose is to support business and economic development in the greater Philadelphia region.

And to keep bragging on her a little bit because why not she was a fun time magazines top 30 people to watch awardee in 2019. She was Philadelphia's boom 103.9 30 under 30 on a re in 2018. And she's a two time recipient of a citation from the city of Philadelphia for entrepreneurship civic responsibility and social justice without further ado.

Hey guys, welcome to another episode of the Blastinboss podcast. I'm so excited about today's episode because I get to interview someone who I personally admire Tiffany. You do such an excellent job of mastering ministry and marketplace.

And you're going to give a whole entire word and pray to house down. And then on the other end, you're going to give a whole entire blueprint that's going to help people increase their business. And you effortlessly flow between the two.

And it's like on top of that for you guys who are just meeting Tiffany full time serial entrepreneur, professor, student, and serves in the church. I have no clue how she does all of this.

But just the way though that you flow between ministry and marketplace is just very admirable for me. And I like to pay attention and take notes from a far because I believe that success leaves clues. So I'm just excited to have you on here and really dive deeper into your story. So welcome to the show.

Thank you so much for having me. I'm really, really excited to be here. And it's interesting that you say you admire me because I admire you. And I watch a lot of what you do.

I think that the community that you have built in the platform that you have is amazing and it's genuine. So I'm grateful to be here.

Thank you. So let's start from the beginning. How did you get into entrepreneurship?

I did not get into entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurship chose me. So I've always had an interest in event planning. And when people hear that they're kind of like wait, but you do business consulting. So I have owned and or own four businesses.

So three of which are still open and operational. There's a lesson in knowing when to close a business. But that's another conversation for another day. But I started my first business in January of 2012.

And I started an event planning company. So I always had a background in events. I love doing events and just knew that that was the thing that I was passionate about.

And I started the business after hearing a sermon from my pastor about how it is that God will use what you're naturally gifted to do and allow you to prosper to make money from it.

And I one had never heard that period, but I had certainly never heard it in church. So I started the business didn't really do much with it. I was very fearful. I didn't know anything.

Today we have so much access to information and we have so much access to all of these different coaches. It's really kind of an oversaturated market at this point, but that wasn't available in 2012. So I really didn't know what to do.

And I was still working a full time job, made a leap of faith and was working within the events industry and I got fired. And I became unexpectedly unemployed, literally didn't know what to do.
