Okay, so you're around 30 years old. You're recently married, but you've been living off the

financial grid, fighting against the man, and you're not in the system anywhere. That's a dude

with no credit score. Also got a new wife and he's ready to buy a home. Now, they figured out that they're

going to need both incomes and that means they're going to need a credit score for him so that they

can get a loan to buy a home. Well, he decided to start listening to educational podcasts at two

times speed and learn everything you needed to know about being a homeowner from a dude

who sounded like he was sucking helium because you're listening at that double speed.

I was just in Nashville. It was very fun. Good time to be there.

So tell us about the biggest piece that you learned during this whole process, sir.

I think the biggest piece that I've learned was buying home is so much more attainable than I thought.

And that all it takes is research and a good plan and some good teachers around you to get you to where you need to be and just having the confidence to pull the trigger. I think that was the biggest thing that I learned.

What was the key that opened your

mind to the attainability of it? I mean, obviously, a fairy godmother didn't come down and tell

you about it. How did you figure out that it was attainable? Yeah, so I think for me,

there's a lot of information paralysis a lot of the times.

There's so much information out there.

It's hard to consolidate and put that into concise, digestible things.
