episode 182. I am so excited for today's guest, Dr. Joshua Goldenberg is a naturopathic physician.

And of course, if you've been a listener for any length of time you know

amazing healer who's going to teach us how to recover our gut health and also he has another

gig besides working with wonderful patients he works with other holistic health care professionals

and doctors in helping them to become even better

at what they do by bringing more science,

especially with holistic health.

I think we really need to lean heavily on all the latest and newest science.

So we can really defend ourselves when people say that an N.D is a quack because we're using all this

goop and these herbs and mystic potions.

When there's lots and lots of science that proves that nutrition and herbs and diet, these lifestyle changes that

NDS can help you navigate have so much of a greater impact and in fact the only impact when it comes to actually healing an illness

rather than using a drug which is going to mask symptoms and as you may know and Des also know how to use drugs, but they use them more responsibly and they look to help you

heal the root cause first before having to use a prescription.

So they're very responsible doctors to go to they're my favorite

doctors to go to and I'm so excited to have Dr Joshua here today to teach us
