Tell me a little bit about Abruzzo.

In our area, which is in the northest part of Abruzzo.

We don't only have vines, but we have like olive trees, we have grain, we have very, very different kind of cultures.

And that's really important for the yeast and their diversity because, you know, many, many different

diversity of populations of yeast,

so it's really important also for the aromatic aspect of the wine.

And what is beautiful is that every single part of Abruzzo

have a different kind of soil. So it's really interesting to see how the same grape can change from one place to the

other and just by looking at the soul you can realize why. So it's really beautiful. It's nice also, it's undiscovered. So people that are coming in

a Bruzzo, they feel like the pioneers, but I think it's the beauty of it because

has an amazing potential, but not everybody knows about it. So it's nice to talk people about Abruzzo and to tell people about how Abruzzo is beautiful and interesting and see how they don't know it but they they want to learn and

they want to visit so that's why more and more people are coming through

bruth so they want to discover it you're somewhat in the north. We are in the
