It is a Monday, it is magical.

I am here recording, you are there listening whenever you're receiving this broadcast and

I'm grateful to be added again and yeah, just coming off of a three-day weekend at Music

and Sky Festival, a little very intimate, conscious crew of just stellar souls gathering

and very, very inspired weekend and did some cool stuff, I'll share a little bit, I actually

did some breath work for the first time for an hour straight and I've done of course

breath work many times before and talk about some techniques in my book The Golden Key actually,

but doing it for that length of time, it was the first time I did it that long and it

was pretty cool to, you know, as I think about and something I've talked about on the

show before is this idea that we can go, you know, a long time without food, what, you

know, if they say, you know, I forget exactly, I mean, no one knows for sure.
