So glad you are listening to this radio station. It is very different. We get to talk about the Kingdom of God and

life with Jesus and stuff, and for some people's like, whoa, this is different and it is.

Think about how different this is, honestly.

Compared to normal life.

Like, secular culture, you are going to be like, oh, so I need to entertain myself.

In the end, if I think about it very long, like, we are all going to be meaningless anyway,

because we start with meaninglessness. We end there, like, the sun is going to burn out,

or like, what doesn't matter, right? So you try not to think about it, you just entertain.

Okay, this culture is instead of tuning out, you can actually tune in to even things like suffering.

Because you have the hope in the future.

The big picture is hopeful. It's not dark. It's exact opposite.

So instead of trying to distract yourself from life, you can be in the middle of it.

Because of hope.

It's honestly, it's exactly the opposite. I may not be putting it very well here, but it is. It's the opposite.

Confession time, I'm pretty terrible at this. I very rarely do it, and I'm supposed to do it.

There's a scripture in Timothy. Paul is talking about praying for the people who are in authority.

Pray for kings and all those in authority that we may have peaceful and quiet lives,

and all godliness and holiness. Peaceful and quiet.

I'm supposed to want it to be peaceful and quiet.

And I'm supposed to pray for people in authority, and if you're like, yeah, but these people in authority
