We got Myron Golden back on the show. Myron always brings the good stuff.

And today Myron's going to talk about how your life is made by your stories, right?

Like when you decide on a future, like what you're going to create, it hasn't really

happened yet. So it's kind of a lie, right? It's a story that you've created that isn't really true yet.

If it's not really true yet, then it's a lie.

And if you want to live a better life,

you have to create better, more empowering lies to live into you have to create a more

empowering story you know on Instagram I get a lot of Instagram comments and I get to read

people stories and some of those stories are phenomenal

stories but a lot of the stories are just disempowering stories and as long as you carry this type of story around, this type of narrative

around, it's almost is to become successful.

You know, my story that I live into is this.

If it is to be, it is up to me.

Of course, I'm going to need help in order to create what I want, but you know I believe that I can do and become

Whoever I want to become like I literally believe that I literally believe that when I make a decision of who I want to become what I want to do what I want to have it just requires me to sit down

learn it for hours a day, practice and apply it and do it over and over and over and over again

and little by little, a little becomes a lot. And I'm willing to do that and delay gratification for as long as I have to in order to have the success I want.

To delay the gratification until I have the success I want, to delay the gratification until I have the success I want.

And that kind of consistency, that kind of persistence, that kind of commitment to overcoming the obstacles, whichever obstacle may appear,
