It's good to be back.

I've almost forgotten how to do this, but I'll try and pick it up as we go along.

I feel like we've done this for four years now. Actually, we're just, I want to say this is almost exactly our four year forecasting anniversary.

And I feel like we regularly forget how to do it. God, four years.

I didn't realize it was that long.

I thought it was three.

But that just goes, yeah.

Yeah, I know you've been a bit under the weather and whatnot.

I have, yeah, I've been in hospital.

And yeah, it wasn't great.

And I'm not sure I'm back to full health yet.

But it's much, much better than it was.

And I am, yeah, the trouble is with me is it doesn't take much to trigger my fear of morbid demise.
