Rob Glass Rob Glass is the CEO of Computer Systems Plus Inc. The company was started by his father 38 years ago, and operates as an MSP (managed service provider) for mostly small-to-medium-sized businesses. He has served over 140 businesses in the greater Knoxville, TN area, and his team currently consists of 16 other processionals. Being around his father caused Rob to get into IT from an early age. 0:48.4	I love the augmented reality that's coming out. I'm a little bit of a car and geek nerd and some of the heads-up notifications on the augmented reality stuff.

1:01.7	And it's got an augment reality on the screen, kind of putting you some heads-up stuff.

1:07.3	I nerd out about that because that reminds me a lot of sci-fi stuff growing up as a kid.
1:11.6	I agree with you, actually. Seeing some of the sci-fi that they have out now,
1:16.9	I actually think the augmented reality is even cooler because you get to interact with the real world
1:21.1	and then add on top of it additional information that might help you out.

1:48.0	The worst computer I've ever used. I think I'm going to pivot a little bit and say it is actually an old CRT monitor.
