0:02.6	The abuse started when he was 12.
0:04.4	He was mowing along for the offender.
0:06.6	And the offender just groomed him and had been abusing him for several years.

0:14.1	Because these are seemingly innocent people, right?
0:16.5	Like if you see somebody addicted to meth or somebody that's strung on heroin,

0:33.8	I've arrested judges, professors, homeless people, rich people, old people.
0:38.3	My youngest offender was 12 years old.
0:40.0	My oldest was 72 years old.
0:41.8	I mean, it's on all aspects or on all spectrums.
0:48.4	And so that's why it was always just a real challenge for me.
