record on Tuesday. It's not on Monday. It's not that you really got to stop giving away

our secrets, man. Yeah. Just hoping somebody picks up at some point. I just can't lie to

everyone like that on a daily basis. It's a daily. It's a weekly basis. One time I just

need you to say Monday. Monday. It's Monday. It's not Monday. Yeah. It's

both monocrossing Monday. It could be Sunday. Depending on when you're uploading,

downloading. True. A lot of people listen on Sunday night, which is awesome. Yeah,

I'm usually sleeping on Sunday night comes out at like NPM or something like that.

Either way, last week, we talked about how we wanted to get more women on the

podcast and interestingly enough, this week, we have two women on the podcast. Yeah,

very and rock. Sorry. That's okay. That's okay. Very ambitious young women. Very

and successful and successful. And they're really they're going for it. They have a lot

going on. They do more than I'm comfortable with Nick was probably just like, yeah, this

is my speed. Yeah, it's definitely my speed. I mean, they're ahead of me on the book, but

not after this email. But you know what, they oftentimes this podcast is about construction

and business and things like that. And we talk about how construction is a business and

the business related to construction, but they're artists. And I think it really ties

well to our industry because, you know, as you'll hear as we talk about it, a big part

of what we do is considered art. You know, and it's not it's not always business oriented.

And it's a real good look into the respect that art has struggled to receive and how they

have chosen to combat that. Yeah, and make some money and get paid for their time because

typically, you know, there's the the artist is not you're not supposed to make money unless
