| 0:42.0 | It is absolutely unavoidable that if you have a crisis of faith, you're probably going to feel some anger or resentment or you're going to grieve the garden of Eden that you were once in. |
| 0:54.0 | And I would just say that grieving is not only okay, it's healthy. |
| 0:59.0 | And that anger is also probably unavoidable and probably healthy and even justified. |
| 1:07.0 | But it's also good to try and then figure out how to move beyond the anger once you can. |
| 1:14.0 | Go slowly is some fantastic advice that I first learned on the New Order Mormon website. |
| 1:19.0 | There's no hurry as you're working through this journey. |
| 1:22.0 | Don't do an alpachino scar face, you know, take everyone down with you, burn the bridges and, you know, there's no need for any of that. |
| 1:31.0 | Write your letter to everyone and mail it to them and their children. |
| 1:35.0 | And you know, you may decide that you want to get to that point at place at some point, but there's no rush. |
| 1:42.0 | So take everything slowly, find meaning in the journey. |
| 1:47.0 | There's a lot of beauty. |
| 1:49.0 | I mean, just the fact, just the friends that I've made and many of those friends are here, just the friends that I've made through this journey. |
| 1:58.0 | If I died today, I would feel like I was the luckiest man on earth. |
| 2:04.0 | And that's just the friends that I've made, let alone all the other good things that have happened. |
| 2:09.0 | And when you meet someone who's been through a crisis like you have, you almost sometimes have a friend for life in deep ways that you could have never arrived at through 40 years of lunches at a, you know, at a lunch sandwich shop. |
| 2:24.0 | So they're all sorts of beautiful parts of this journey, if you're willing to see it. |
