Welcome back to another Focus Friday, where we give you short bursts of information and

And this week we are talking about what not to do in the evening.

This is all about the anti-nighttime routine.

Hopefully you guys caught our focus Friday from last week, the anti-morning routine.

So we decided to go to the other end of the spectrum

and talk about the nighttime and what not to do.

Yeah, we've come up with quite a few things

that you probably have heard of and you know not to do and maybe

you're working on it just like Jesse and I are. We're constantly refining all of our

routines including our night routine, but these ones definitely stand out as things not to do in the evening.

So first one kicking things off is not eating too much too late.

So you never want to have a big dinner too late into the evening.

So when you go to bed you're still

digesting that meal. So Marty and I oftentimes we will have a snack before bed

or a short period before we go to sleep things like one or two squares of dark chocolate. We might have some

gut gummies, various snacks, but you don't want to go to bed with a full stomach.

Nobody wants to be bloated and digesting while they're sleeping.

When you are sleeping, that's your body's chance to repair and rest.

So if all the energy is going towards your stomach, you're not going to have a very good sleep.
