If you Google in 2018, the number one diet, it wasn't paleo, it wasn't keto, it was intermittent fasting.

So I'm so glad we're talking about this.

But intermittent fasting means one to two to three days of the week you don't eat.

And then there's time restricted fasting.

So that is when you restrict your eating to six hours, eight hours, ten hours.

So a lot of people might skip breakfast.

And then there's prolonged fasting.
