Welcome in, everyone, to this week's edition of the Deer Hunter podcast.

How the hell are you doing, everybody?

It is, the current date is Thursday, the 8th of October.

You will most likely be listening to this on Friday, the day that's released,

hopefully. Coming into another awesome deer hunting weekend here in our great state of Michigan,

the season started out awesome. Cold front. I can't believe how many big bucks I saw come across

social media last week, the photos of success, everybody out in the field.

It was just beautiful.

A beautiful opening week, opening weekend, a cold front.

I didn't get bit by a single mosquito, which of that right there, I chalk up to a big win.

But everybody, a lot of successful photos over the course of the last week and weekend.

And I myself, myself, myself, let me just clarify right now.

I am taking a little break here from my daily duties and my chores.

I'm on my second buffalo trace with a little splash of fresh apple cider and a few ice cubes, which has been my drink of choice here lately.

And I'm just relishing in the moments of bow hunting success as I filled one of my archery tags already myself.
