Provide more service than you get paid for. Here we go So, Welcome back to the Quota of the Day Show. I'm your hope Sean Croxton and

Sean Croxton.com. We got Les Brown on the show leading off your week and

today Les is gonna cover several topics you know how less is he can do like

five or six topics in ten minutes but they're all really good but what I really want to

emphasize in this intro and what I really want you to pay attention to

is his encouragement to do something

that most humans seldom, if ever do,

which is to provide more service than you get paid for.

To go above and beyond, to do what others aren't doing.

And since it's Monday and you're probably getting ready for work or driving into work right now, I want to challenge you.

And I want you to challenge yourself that when you show up to work this week, just do it this week if you're not doing it already.

Remember this is a short week, it's a holiday week, right?

This week, I want you to commit yourself to going above and beyond, to going the extra mile, to going the extra mile, to doing more than you're

paid to do. Most people they just do enough to not get fired, but do more than you're paid to do.

Ask how you can be of more service to the company, to your employer, to your clients,

and I want you to watch what happens.

Watch how your business changes.

Watch how people treat you differently.

But also I want you to pay attention to how you feel about yourself.

Because when you're providing more service, you're giving more service.

And when you're giving, you're in a giving spirit and nobody feels bad about themselves when they're in a giving spirit.
