I am super grateful that you have joined me today, and I am super grateful to be here on this magical today.

Always a magical today, of course, if we decide to make it one. We have the power of that choice every single day.

Today, I want to talk about something that came up in a meditation this week, and also a synchronicity with a client that I had for a session that very same day.

And maybe if you haven't heard me talk before, and this is one of the first times you're listening, I do sessions that are called QHT sessions, and these sessions bring people into another life experience.

That other life experience could be a past life experience, it could be a present life experience, a future life experience, a multi-dimensional experience.

It could literally be anything. My clients could go directly to source, go directly to journaling their higher self. Many different things can happen in a session like this.

At the end of it, the clients get an understanding of their life now and their journey. They get an understanding of the things that are holding them back, and a new perspective of how to look at their life, and why they've been through the things that they have been through.

This is always different for every single person, and so it's so fun for me to go into a session each and every day and explore something new.

So this one day in my meditation, I went in, and what I was seeing was the mycelial network that is in the soil that communicates with the roots of the trees.

And the messages that I was getting through that is that these creatures, these second-dimensional life forms, all of our plants and fungus and bacteria, all of these living forms that exist in our earth.

They haven't forgotten the oneness. They know that they all exist together, connected as one, and what happens to one happens to another.

And so in this mycelial network, there is always a giving and receiving. It's like one knows what the other needs, and so if they have extra, they will give it to the one who doesn't have as much, and there's always this symbiotic relationship.

As humans, we forget this. And we also forget that our energy system works this way as well. Our energy system has a giving and a receiving.

We often think of these two poles that we have in our chakra system, this north and south pole, where the energy is coming in from the bottom and down from the top.

We also have the energy that goes out from our heart, and then out from that part, that same area, through our back.
