saw something that wasn't right and averted accidents. A government agency is about to do a lot of hiring,

From One Mile at a Time.com, Frontier flight narrowly avoids catastrophic de-icing incident.

This has a note that was written from

Frontier Airlines to the Airline Pilots Association Safety Council. The note which was allegedly

sent regarding the incident says, Greetings Air Safety Organization and ALPA, that's the Airline Pilots

Association Safety Council. Earlier this week, during the massive snowstorms throughout the central and eastern states,

we had a de-ice accident that could have led to a catastrophic outcome.

We, FFT, I think that's Frontier Airlines, had an aircraft request and received type 1 and type 4 de-icing.
