what's up my man oh man that was always nerve wracking to have onwracking to have on a guest you've never spoken to it in your entire life.

I mean, as a fan and an athlete in triathlon, I really found that enjoyable.

I mean, he gave me a lot of inside scoopage, man, that was just really interesting.

Yeah, he, not only is easy to talk to, but just how he got into the sport and started

race directing and was there being at the original Ironman, Louisville.

I mean, this incredible, and I can definitely see why people love going to this race and supporting it and continuing to come out.

for what race directors and the people that put on these events

we have a safe uh a safe race as possible oh yeah that and like just inside stuff about how and why

a swim course can get changed how they take care of the bike course the night before uh what else

was there that that part alone was mind

blowing yeah that was pretty cool man i got to say it was mind blowing and then i mean it's from

the athlete's perspective since i'm racing it it was just like i mean you know that everything's

going to be taken care of and then you it's also nice to understand the wise behind things.

And especially having the actual race director walk you through from, you know, the rolling start and the athlete meeting all the way through when you cross the finish line inside Silby Stadium.

And, you know, is, is really invaluable. And so hopefully that, you know, is really invaluable.
