of the week is the champagne cocktail. Would you like to try it? Sure, yes. I'm going

to try it first, hang on, you got to wait. All right. Delish. I've been waiting this

whole time. Oh, that's good. Here you go. This is a very classic cocktail. So you take a

sugar cube, put it in the bottom of a champagne glass, soak it with Angostora

bitters. So just put a dash or two of Angostora bitters on it, and then put

champagne in your glass. It's beautiful. Ah, hang on, Cheg's just fell over. Let me

pause this. And we're back. Yeah. Cheg's has taken to walking around in the

evenings, which is good, but he doesn't know where he's going, and he also has

no traction, which is bad. So he just kind of split it out on the tile, which was

worse for us than for him. Yeah, so I moved him to the carpet. Yeah, we've tried

booties on him, but it's almost easier to just keep an eye out of it. Yeah, that's

right. He doesn't walk as much even as St. Patrick. No, because he doesn't know where he's

going. So all right, let's see. We got stuff to talk about Jardad, and frankly a lot of
