Thanks so much Jen. So basically you had a major life shift when you started on this particular supplement

Would you say that that is the biggest thing that was, apart from what happened when you were

Because it sounds like you had a really huge shift at six years old getting on supplements and getting off certain foods and

maybe almost like a it happened again kind of a time didn't it in your was it

mid-20s or late 20s right this would be early 30s is when I got on the

supplement for early 30s and I would say on the

I question I mean I really believe that cleaning up the diet is so important

but now I'll give you an example. I've been on these supplements for years and if I go and

eat a food once in a while, like really once in a while, that is, that I know in the past would have floored me,

would have made me really sick.

My body has been built up so strong from what I believe is filling all my nutrient tanks.

Like now I'm not deplete in minerals.

Now I'm not deplete in vitamins.

Now I'm not deplete in my fatty acids or my amino acid.
