Hello and welcome back to what is episode 18 of the James Smith podcast.

Now this episode is going back into season one, season two is well on its way.

Pretty much season two is going to be about having guests, it's going to be about having

people on board.

And with the quality of these, I don't want to do them over the phone.

I think it kind of does a disservice to the podcast.

So this podcast today is about excising versus training.

And I'd like to apologise that it's been a while.

I've been writing my book.

I've been trying my hardest alongside it, but anyone who's ever written a book would tell

you it becomes almost like having a child.

Whenever you think you've even got five minutes to yourself, you need to give it to the

flipping book.

And also alongside that, I'm back in Australia, recording in the old studio.

And there aren't that many people on Australia and so that I really want to bring on the

podcast.

And just for the sake of fluffing it up or adding an episode or getting a little bit

of virality or even cross-pollonisation of bringing someone else in, I'm not going to

do it until I find the right people for it.

But on the road a lot, been travelling, been throughout Europe, I had IFS, the International

Fitness Summit, which was mad, which was in Barcelona.

And generally just writing.
