Summary

EPISODE 18. In the 1980's in Washington, D.C. a successful restaurateur named Bashir Kouchacji was stalked for 9 years by an unknown caller who liked to imitate the voice of a young girl. As time went on, the caller was nicknamed L'Enfant (the child) and he got more aggressive. The non-stop harassment from L’Enfant eventually sent Bashir into a psychiatric ward where he remained on & off for 6 years

The FBI was even brought onto the case and what they found was chilling. After a decade, the calls eventually stopped but to this day the question remains - who was L’Enfant? And what was their motive?
