We have an exciting story for you today.

In each of our stories, we are going to learn about one virtue.

A virtue is anything that is good and right and true.

Virtues are like little lights that shine bright and beautiful in a story.

Oh! Oh, hello everybody. I just got back yesterday from my long vacation at Beach Shelley Mill. It was the best. You certainly look well rested, Momo. I'm glad you had a good vacation. What was your favorite part?

Well, I like swimming in the waves, eating acornsicles, and making s'mores by the bonfire.

But I guess my favorite part was just being with my parents.

I sure love them. And now that I live in my own tree, I don't get to see them as much.

Aw, that's sweet. It's a very special thing to have nice parents. And I'm sure they had fun being around you, too.

I hope so. You know what? I just had an idea. I want to make my parents a nice card to tell them how much I love them.

I can draw an acorn and color it and glue it on a card.

That is a great idea, Momo.

What a good way to show that you love them.

Maybe while you are working on your card, I can tell you and our listeners a story.

And it's a story about love.
