so much banter around, especially on Instagram about raise your vibe just be

positive and all of this sort of what a lot of people in my world call spiritual and

emotional bypass stuff that goes on and this theory that if you just think

positive and you focus on just what you want,

then everything in your life will change. Well, there is a little bit of a caveat in there.

Because absolutely where our focus goes, energy flows, we have that part of our brain, the RAS, the reticular activating system

that we want to get focused on every day. We want to set our intention so it knows what to focus on.
