So I have completed so far only half of a journey to Birmingham in Euro Truck Simulator.

I have played maybe, I don't know know for like half an hour or something like that after our

first conversation about it I haven't come back to it yet but I plan to it's a

super interesting game it's's so weird. Do you see what I mean? It's not exactly a game. It's not a game. It's a thing that you can do on the computer, is game like but it isn't really a game.

Do you want to know the way that I know that this isn't a game?

How? When I started playing it I ran straight through a red light because I was playing it like Grand Theft

Auto.

I was just like, Drive!

And I was like, oh no wait, there are rules that I have to observe, which are real world rules.

This isn't a game anymore.

When I was showing my wife Euro truck simulator,

the very first time it's like, okay, I have to pull out of this garage and drive down the street and I turned the corner and there's a red light and I stopped for a red light and her opinion was you have to you have to stop for red lights in this virtual world and then she's looking around and realizing that there's also cars here.

And she's like, and there's traffic. That was it, right? It's like, nope, not interested in this.

Well, this is the thing. I was like, oh, this game is super calming until I look at the GPS

realize there's a turn coming up swerve to take the turn and nearly kill 20 people.

It's like this isn't calming at all. What are you talking about? 20 people.

This is a depopulated universe.

There's no people on the sides of the roads.

A lane of cars that I nearly career into.

Yeah, you can career into other cars, but they're fine.
