This is pretty cool. My wife was reading a book I gave her. She's like, this is his fascinating. It's really interesting. She was reading it early in the morning.

I'm just like so many new ideas and stuff. I liked it too. And then she's told me later on, I'm so absentminded today because I feel like I'm synthesizing all this information. I'm so I can't come.

Thank you. That's where I exist. All this new information and it's all coming together.

I'm trying to overlap things and connect things. And I'm not saying it's smart or good or bad. It's just like, but that's why you don't know where your keys are.

That's why I have no idea what's going on.

Okay, so you have a hard time praying. Me too. I understand getting better at it though. And you know what a big part of it is?

Like, lowering the standards where I think, okay, if I don't pray for half an hour, what does that matter? Like, no.

No, no, no. 10 second prayers are fine. I've been talking about why I'm a big fan of 10 second prayers.

Here's a big reason. Even in 10 seconds, it reminds you that you're part of a larger story.

That the whole world is part of a story. Like, you're acknowledging that.

Instead of getting caught up in a lesser narrative in the culture, like, it's just don't, things we think matter and they don't.

Or they don't matter nearly as much as this does, but to just step out of that for like 10 seconds, talk to God, tell them what you need.

He cares for you. You can do that.

Yeah, I mean, I think that's why I'd like to use that as an excuse basically for being so absent minded.

I feel like that's one thing I do is I learn things and I'm trying to synthesize and assimilate all those ideas together.
