Hey, if you're feeling worried about something right now or you're a little over anxious

or something, just what I've learned, it's really tough to talk to God about what you're

thankful for and be worried at the same time.

It's really hard to do that.

Just listing things, just telling them some experience you had maybe years ago, just

a great moment with a friend or like being in nature, seeing his beauty, creating

some things that happened to you, watching your child be born or whatever it is.

To remember that, I say thank you, God, that that happened.

It's really hard to stay anxious at the same time you're doing that.

Goofy things, we thought were true when we were kids.

I saw this list of Goofy things and it made me feel very Goofy now.

Because some of them you still believe?

One of them.

Which I'm still wrestling with.

I used to think that having the inside car lights on while you're driving was illegal.

Yes, please pull you up.

I did too.

But not the case.
