All right, here we are. Let's get over the episode. Sorry it's late, man. I've had an insane weekend to say the least. I was in Las Vegas all weekend.

Friday and Saturday doing shows and you know, I booked the shows a couple months ago, not thinking. Oh, yeah, I'll just ride everywhere. I ride all my gigs on my motorcycle and I'm getting ready to leave.

And two things happen. One, they're having a heat wave out there, which went. Aren't they in the desert? Let's see 115 degrees, 108 degrees like two weeks straight.

Fucking just burning just straight up Satan. It's like you just died and went to hell. I don't know how people live out there, man. I stayed two days in the casino. Never went outside.

Ever. It was just blazing, man. It was so funny. I'd walked by the front door and it was like, is it on fire outside? Like just road warrior mad max shit.

It was cool. I did some shows out there and after the shows, I sat in with a band metal shop. They're like a cover 80s cover band and sang highway to hell with them and Eddie trunk walked in from that metal show Jim for teens, buddy Eddie trunk. That was awesome. He watched me do some bonds. God, he loved it.

We sat and talked rock for about an hour. I wish I got him on the podcast, but it was, you know, one of those things where it's like two in the morning. So that was cool. Then I get a text from my good buddy, Joey DeBono, friend for over 30 years played bass in my band. He says, looks like I might have a line on a couple grateful dead tickets. Can you make it, which was yesterday, Sunday.

As if, yeah, I can make it. I don't even care what it takes. I'm going. Check out the flights. They're going to be like 300. I don't have that jumping the rent a car 5 a.m. Sunday morning after a Vegas run and drive from Vegas to San Jose.

They ate hours eight hour drive 5 a.m. Man, no one on the road just out there dosing off. Fucking out of my mind pulled off in a truck stop and did some sleep and for about an hour woke up just scorched car was like 120 felt like fucking one of those people that leave their pets in in a car like idiots.

I was just roasted. I don't know what I was thinking. I couldn't die in there. Anyway, rested up, drove to San Jose, met my buddy Joey and he had a couple lesbian friends who were celebrating the incredible.
