Hey, Tilly. Hey, Ella. It's been a couple of weeks since we recorded. What's going on with you?

Lots, actually. But there's something specifically to do with the show that I wanted to catch up with you about,

if that's okay. Tell me everything. Okay, so I wanted to revisit that conversation we had about

the conversation we had on air. Do you remember we got that question about pricing your product or

service? Absolutely. I think that was the last episode we did together. Yeah. At one point in that conversation, you were like, look, it's okay to lose customers if you need to do that to grow your business.

Do you remember saying that?

Yeah, like if you raise your prices and some people fall off?

Yes, exactly.

And honestly, Ella, that was a real penny drop moment for me because I realized that I'm mostly motivated by the relationship, you know, so I respond

to a client request ultimately with the desire to make them pleased with me rather than achieving

my business goals. So this week, this really lovely guy that I've worked with before got in touch.

And last time I worked with him, he was in a bit of a pickle. He basically needed to deliver

something on a really limited budget that

needed my skill sets. So I did a really quality piece of work for him, but I kind of, I charged

it out on mate rates. You know, I didn't really make much.

Mate rates. I love that. Mate rates. I love that. Okay. So he came back to me again this week

with a new piece of work, but saying essentially that the budget was quite limited again. And I thought,
