And I have received the question on a few occasions from our

community or members of our community on you know what do I do if I'm thinking

about hiring a coach or what are some of the things that I should consider.

And I was really glad recently to get introduced to Mark Moini and Mark is also a podcast host and he is the host of the show Natural Born Coaches and on the show

he interviews successful coaches to get inside their heads and discover how they've built or improving and growing their coaching businesses.

Now I know we have coaches in our audience who listen to this show and and so it's it's

great that we have a big part of the coaching community here as well but we're

going to actually take the opposite approach here today and look at something that I know be valuable to many people in our community, which is if you're thinking about hiring a coach, what are the kinds of things you should be thinking about and
