Today's expression, roly-poly, roly-poly, R-O-ly-P-L-Y-L-Y-D-O-L-Y-P-L-Y.

I'm starting to get roly-P-L-Y.

I'm looking a little roly-poly. Are you roly-poly? I think all of us when we were born were roly-poly,

and then as we get older, we get even more roly-poly.

What is roly-poly?

Well, in one word, it means fat.

It does.

I'm sorry, it means fat.

Now, it doesn't have to be massive, huge fat, like 600 kilograms or whatever pounds.

No, no, no.

Just, it could be, for example, look at, you've probably seen me, maybe in my videos.

And I think most people would say Shane is not fat.

However, you have not seen my stomach.

And when I sit down, oh my goodness, I look like a bakery.

I have so many rolls.

It's true.

I'm a little bit fat.

Well, not obviously like Santa Claus fat, but still it's relative.
