I'm really excited to talk with you today because when I was in medical school, I'm a

naturopathic physician here in Oregon, and when I was in medical school, I got diagnosed

with an autoimmune disease.

And intermittent fasting has been really wonderful helping myself with my autoimmune condition, but also with my patients.

So what kind of eating window do you do personally?

Personally, I like to do the 816.

I kind of shove it into more of like a 7 19 window and I really like to do

the circadian method so I'm eating that instead of going the long fast through the morning

I'm cutting out dinner at the end and And I've found that that is just cooking up that intermittent fasting and the leptin and

insulin regulation with the melatonin piece has been really, really important.
