Okay, let's lead with the salt float.

In the island it says, Emma's salt float ik, tell us everything Emma start from the

beginning because I remember you were excited to try this.

Yeah, I was and I have no regrets about trying it because it's fun to try new things.

So if you've never heard of a salt float before because I'm kind of new to hearing about

it.

I had never heard about it till my mother-in-law told me she does them sometimes with

friends.

She's done it with her husband, my father-in-law too.

So she told me about it.

I had never really heard of it.

But essentially it's like a sensory deprivation type tank.

That's the type of thing.

So it really is like the one I went to anyway is this big kind of industrial looking tank.

And inside there's like enough water that it would maybe come up to my knees.

I'm 5'4".

And there's a ton.
