Wide open Wednesday on the Myco-Mara Show, when you have broadcasted on weird newsdays,

when you broadcast it where some major earth-shattering news

event happens when you're right before or during when you're going to go on the

show. You always get that weird sick feeling and it just brings back memories

this morning as we take this show and a lot of people consume our show days

later sometimes same day, sometimes not. But major shooting this morning

where you guys are up in the D.C. area in Alexandria, where a congressman was shot, not life threatening, threatening fortunately but a guy with a long gun

finds out that there are a bunch of Republican congressmen practicing baseball and

opens up with a long rifle and you know shoots about five people and this story broke right before we were going to to go on the show and it's always it strange, the older I get, the less,

this might sound a little strange for people,

the less adrenaline filled I get about something like this

and the more introspective I get about it.

I immediately start processing it through a lens of analysis as opposed to that journalistic

excitement which you see all over the news.
