0:49.0

Dr. Rouse, Rikumar Rouse, going to talk about is a real game changer. This changed my life

0:54.3

like 10, 15 years ago when I really embraced this thought, this concept. And what he's going to

in-laws are coming for dinner. This is bad. They may stay for the weekend. This is really bad.

2:30.8

Think about it. No matter what happens, don't you stick a good thing or a bad thing label on it

2:37.7

immediately? Here's something for you to think about. No matter what happens, no matter what the

2:49.6

event is, an event does not cause suffering. Let's assume you get fired. You now no longer have a job.

3:04.5

But the moment you go, oh my god, I got fired. How do I pay my mortgage? My son's tuition is

3:14.1

you. This is terrible. And the moment you say this is terrible at that instant suffering
