1:01.4	I was first on a wahu, planning my wedding and head over to Kauai with just my mom to

1:13.6	You know, it's really easy to forget and in these times I mean we're really good at
1:17.5	remembering our Instagram bios, but we're not so good at remembering who they're about.
1:23.8	And I could feel that I was trickling in the cycle of emails and work and obligations
1:31.4	and creating, producing, developing so much exertion, so much giving out that I could
1:39.6	feel my cut though not empty was not flourishing either.
1:45.0	And it's in those times before you have the breakdown before you have the burnout.
1:50.7	It's in those times where it's so important to listen to your body and say, okay, I'm
1:55.7	getting near my threshold.
1:57.3	I'm not quite there yet.
1:59.1	So I'm going to honor myself right now and take that sacred pause.
