on Instagram, you know that Katie and I have been doing

a Q&A every Monday.

And we respond to a lot of the questions

there on Instagram.

But some of the questions we've decided to save

for a podcast episode and those, and that's what we're doing.

We're gonna answer some of those questions.

Yes, there are some questions that we just avoid it all

together.

And we're saving those for like a long, long podcast

because we feel like we need a really good explanation

for our answers.

But today, we're gonna be just digging into some questions
