So today I am your host. My name is Jesse LaFranbois, and last week we introduced our new mini-series, or perhaps it's going to end up being not-so-mini-series, talking about Abraham Kuiper and his political theory and his political philosophy. So if you didn't get a chance to check out last week's episode, I would for sure recommend that. Gave a really good introduction

2:06.4

politics and certainly disengage from making laws.

2:11.9

Many Christians have strong opinions on what laws should be in place and what laws should

2:16.4

not be in place.

2:18.0

And we might at times picket or protest or write letters to our members of parliament

2:23.1

in opposition to a particular law.

2:27.4

But then we just retreat to our churches and do nothing as further laws are presented.
