I want to get rolling right away with this topic because I feel like there is so much that I have on my heart and on my mind that I want to share with you and so many perspective shifts that I've had in the last couple years that I cannot

Because a lot of my mind has been changed on how I view relationships and how I approach conversations and, you know, conversations with just my own people in my life, but then also conversations with clients regarding relationships.

And so I really am so looking forward to sharing all of the things I've changed my mind about.

And that is such an interesting thing as the leader of a large community to be someone who puts, you know, thoughts and opinions out into the world and then changes her mind. I don't know if you can relate to that in any

capacity but it is a little bit uncomfortable to be you know a leader of a large

community and change your mind and go back and say hey

you know I said this that one time or that 20 times but I've actually changed my mind

about it but as someone who really tries to

I really want to be someone who is willing to change their mind. And so I am here with you today saying
