Welcome back to the quarter of the day show I'm your host Sean Croxton and Sean Croxton.com we got

Larry wing it back on the show. And I think he's going to pick up where art Williams left off

yesterday because art was just imploring you to just go out there and do it to stop talking and do

it. And Larry's going to talk about how like all of us really know what it takes to be successful.

Like we know successful people we've read about successful people we've heard their talks like we

know what it takes. But we just don't do it. And so Larry's going to encourage you to go do it of

course, but also to challenge yourself to get uncomfortable. Larry wing it's coming up.

See I like stuff simple I like stuff to make sense don't you? I'm not finding much anymore that

makes sense. All these guys I think are just lying to us all. And businesses become so

complicated. I go in businesses and I have stuff happen to me and I go how can this be? Don't you?

It just bothers me. We forgot what it really takes to be successful. It's very simple to be successful.

I'm going to give you a handful of good ideas. I'm also going to tell you right up front though.

Why people aren't successful? That's just a simple. It's very easy to figure out why people

are not successful. Three reasons people aren't successful. They are either stupid. They are lazy

or they don't care. That's it. All comes out of those three. Now how many people are stupid?

Please don't raise your hand. Really I did this the other day and it was just sort of this question

out there in the world said how many people are stupid? This guy goes I guess that'd be me.

Yeah I guess it would. I don't believe people are stupid. But for the most part I think everybody

knows exactly what it takes to be successful. I really do. I think everybody knows exactly what it

takes to be successful. Every single person in this room you know exactly what it takes to do better.

I mean exactly. Don't kid me. Don't think you need more training to be more successful.
