Hi. Hello there TIF, thanks for joining us. Hello, did you see my panic there? Did you? Well, I had to say hi before I sat down as soon as I got to the microphone because in my head I still

had that I was doing a gig. Yes. As soon as I've got that mic I need to speak into it.

This is something that a lot of my guests say around about 10 minutes in my

guests tend to panic and go oh God I'm not being very funny am I and I go it's

absolutely fine although look at these lots they're like it's not gonna be funny

that isn't fine at all that's not what we're here for.

And so I suck up my process guys that's what it's about.
