Finally say episode one we have Sterling Shepherd and David Mayo and I'm excited Justin.

We are back. We start five episodes a week Monday through Friday. We're gonna have three player profile preview episodes.

I mean six players a week and two record episodes until game week. We can get to try and get some interviews.

But it's episode one last year. We started with Sterling Shepherd. We're gonna do it again.

Sterling Shepherd is the longest 10 year giant.

You know this is the most exciting time of the year. There's no doubt about that. You know talking Giants.

We're gonna be rolling Monday through Friday giving you episodes. Many episodes three times a week.

Then there are longer episodes two times a week. Bobby Skinner this is absolutely fantastic.

This is very exciting. Longest 10 year giant is our first player.

I think Sterling Shepherd is an extremely important player on this Giants team this year.

And I'm excited to start this process. This is gonna be a lot of fun.

All right. So the format we're gonna try and go with is we're gonna go basic info.

Justin fun fact. Then stats and then we're gonna talk about him.

Justin Sterling Shepherd. He's five foot 10 201 pounds 27 years old.

He was the 40th pick in the second round in 2016. Like I said, the longest 10 year giant.

Now that Eli and Zach Day I'll see our office football team.

Eli was the longest 10 year giant for a long time. But now Sterling Shepherd takes that.

Justin, he signed an extension last year. Four years 41 million dollars. This is the first year in that.

There's a potential out at out of 2022. So it's kind of a two year contract with some dead money
